Ink Pro Suede + Raised Gold Foil Postcards are custom printed cards for invitations, announcements, promotional mailers, and branded leave-behinds. Full-color printing on both sides is combined with soft velvet lamination and raised gold foil in selected artwork areas.
- 16pt C2S cardstock with 1.5mil soft velvet laminate on each side; approximately 19pt finished thickness.
- Rectangular cards with square corners.
- Size choices: 4" x 6", 5" x 7".
- Quantity choices: 100, 250, 500 postcards per pack. Quantity selects the contents of one pack; cart quantity selects the number of identical packs.
- Gold is the fixed foil color. Foil may appear on the front only or both sides; the selected pack includes the two-sided foil treatment.
Artwork requirements
Prepare print artwork at 300 dpi in CMYK with 0.125 inch total bleed, or 0.0625 inch on each edge. Supply a separate vector mask for each foiled side, using solid 100% black for foil areas and white elsewhere. Do not use gradients, grayscale, shadows, glows, or transparency in the masks. Allow up to 1/16 inch movement between print and foil. Keep ordinary foil coverage at 30% or less; coverage up to 50% is limited to patterns, thin strokes, or small shapes. Keep individual foil areas ideally within 1 x 1 inch and avoid foil type below 10pt.
