Z-Fold Brochures are custom folded handouts for step-by-step guides, itineraries, service overviews, and visual product stories. Two alternating folds create a zigzag format that opens into a continuous spread. Full-color printing on both sides produces six printed panels, and the Z-fold is included.
- Flat sheet size choices: 8.5" x 11", 8.5" x 14", 11" x 17". These dimensions describe the sheet before folding.
- Finish choices: Gloss or Matte. Gloss uses 100 lb gloss book paper with aqueous coating; Matte uses 100 lb matte book paper with no coating.
- Square sheet corners.
- Quantity choices: 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000, 10,000 brochures per pack. Quantity selects the contents of one pack; cart quantity selects the number of identical packs.
Artwork preparation
Use the template for the selected size and Z-fold to prepare the outside and inside artwork. The alternating fold direction supports information that unfolds in stages or imagery that continues across adjoining panels. Place each panel according to the template so the content reads in the intended order. Select the flat size, finish, and pack quantity; every ordered pack uses the same selected configuration.
