Artwork requirements
Use the 119 x 86 inch panel template with 0.5 inch bleed on every side and a 0.5 inch safe margin inside the cut line. Choose one repeated panel design or up to four coordinated designs. For a canopy-only order, confirm frame compatibility with InkFE before ordering; frame geometry can vary. The 10 x 10 foot measurement describes the assembled footprint; the panel template is for preparing the canopy artwork.

What is included in each tent package?
Printed Canopy Only includes the four-panel printed polyester canopy and no frame or hardware. Complete Tent Kit includes the same printed canopy plus the matching aluminum pop-up frame. Neither package includes sidewalls, weights, stakes, furniture, or other booth accessories.
Can I use different artwork on each canopy panel?
Yes. Choose Same Artwork on All Four Panels for one repeated design, or Different Artwork by Panel for four coordinated panel-specific designs. The canopy has four sewn exterior panels.
Will the canopy-only option fit my existing frame?
Printed Canopy Only is intended for a compatible 10 ft × 10 ft pop-up frame, but frame geometry can vary. Confirm compatibility with InkFE before ordering. No frame or hardware is included with this option.
How should I prepare my tent artwork?
Use the provided 119 in × 86 in panel template. Include 0.5 in bleed on every side and keep important text and graphics at least 0.5 in inside the cut line. If you choose Different Artwork by Panel, prepare a coordinated design for each of the four panel positions.
How many tents can I order?
Set the line quantity from 1 to 10 tents after choosing your package. The selected package price is applied per tent.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 4 business days before shipping. Transit time is separate and depends on the delivery method and destination shown during checkout.
Are weights, stakes, or anchoring equipment included?
No. Weights, stakes, ropes, and other anchoring accessories are not included. Use anchoring appropriate for your venue and conditions, and follow venue and local safety requirements.
