InkFE customer reviews
Review terms
Version
When you select Publish review, you agree to these terms for your review and every photo selected with it.
Your honest experience
Review a product you purchased through InkFE using your own experience. All star ratings are welcome. Contacting Support is optional and never required to publish a review.
Reviews can’t contain email addresses, phone numbers, website links, strong profanity or slurs. These checks help protect privacy and keep public reviews safe and respectful. Don’t include other private information in your text.
What becomes public
Your rating, review, selected photos and any role, company or location you add may appear on InkFE product pages, collections, our reviews page and Featured placements. Only your first name and last initial are used publicly. A full last name you save belongs to your account.
You confirm that your review is yours and that you own your photos or have permission to share them. Check photos for faces, addresses, contact details or anything else you don’t want made public. Photos of printed business contact details are your choice to share.
Permission to share
You keep ownership of your content and give InkFE permission to store, process and publicly display your review and selected photos for customer reviews and Featured testimonials. Processing photos may include resizing and removing embedded metadata.
You also allow InkFE to share eligible review content, your public review name, product details and eligible product photos with Google Product Ratings. Google applies its own policies and decides what appears on its services. Your checkout email, private full name and private purchase evidence aren’t included in that public review feed.
After publication
Valid reviews appear on InkFE immediately. Reviews can’t currently be edited in your account. Contact Support if you need help with published content. InkFE may withdraw content that violates these terms; a low rating alone is not a reason for withdrawal. Changes on Google may take additional processing time.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle review and account information. Google Customer Reviews checkout surveys are a separate optional Google service.
