Can my order arrive before my open house?
Email orders@inkfe.com before ordering with your product, quantity, delivery ZIP code and the date you need it. We'll help you check what's possible. Most orders print in 2–4 business days; shipping takes additional time at the speed you choose at checkout. Allow up to 3 extra business days if we're rebuilding your design.
Can I use artwork from Canva or my brokerage?
Yes. Download your design as a PNG or JPG, choose your product and upload it on the product page. Signs also accept PDF. Check the size and every detail in your proof before ordering. A person checks your file before it prints, but you are responsible for proofreading and your brokerage's requirements.
Do yard signs come with stakes?
H-stakes are selected by default. Already have stakes? Choose Sign only on the product page. Our starting price on this page includes stakes, and the size and quantity are shown with the price. Choose from 1 to 1,000 signs per pack.
I only have a printed card. Can you rebuild it for free?
Yes, once per design. Email a photo or the file of your existing card, flyer or postcard to orders@inkfe.com. We'll rebuild it free within 3 business days and help you get it ready to print. Tell us which details need updating, then review the rebuilt design before ordering. Need a change later? Email us and we'll help. We rebuild designs you already have; we don't create new ones. You pay only for what you print.
What if there's a typo on my card?
You can update your details before placing your order. Take a moment to check both sides of your proof, especially your name, phone, email and license number. If you spot a typo after ordering, email orders@inkfe.com and we'll help you with the next step. We print the design you approve, so corrections after printing require a new order.
Will my brokerage colors come out right?
Screens and paper show color a little differently, so small differences are normal in printing. If a color needs to be just right, email orders@inkfe.com about a printed proof before ordering. Please also confirm your brokerage's logo, license and contact-detail requirements before approving your design.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Reprint or refund if your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the proof you approved. Tell us within 14 days of delivery, and reprints go out at priority speed. Email orders@inkfe.com and we'll help.
Can I feel the paper before I order?
Email orders@inkfe.com about samples and tell us which papers you're considering. We'll help you work out the next step.
